Senior Product Manager - Operational Journey (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the end-to-end merchant account lifecycle.
• Improve onboarding success, activation rate, and onboarding throughput.
• Design low-friction onboarding flows that preserve KYC and AML controls.
• Use funnel analytics, support signals, and user research to create PRDs, acceptance criteria, and prioritized experiments.
• Align Payments, Core Platform, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Translate regulatory and policy changes into concrete product requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated impact on onboarding, activation, or early-lifecycle metrics, including measurable results.
• Product experience in fintech, payments, banking, insurance, healthcare, or another regulated environment.
• Ability to explain work that reduced time-to-value, lowered drop-off, or reduced setup-related support load.
• Understanding that product and design decisions in regulated domains can have compliance consequences.
• Technical fluency in architecture, APIs, and data flows for productive engineering discussions.
• Work location: Jakarta, Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with KYC/AML or fraud and risk trade-offs.
• Approximately five or more years of relevant domain experience.
