Director of Product Management – Vertical Platform (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own outcomes for Vertical Platform domains and translate company strategy into goals and multi-year product plans.
• Prioritize resources and initiatives to improve growth, retention, adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Lead discovery, experimentation, roadmap execution, and the development of intuitive, consistent user experiences.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering on product quality, scalability, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Use analytics, experimentation, AI, and automation to improve product and operational performance.
• Build and develop high-performing product management teams, including managers and senior individual contributors.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of teams and managers.
• Experience owning and scaling consumer-facing or user-centric platform products from 1 to 100.
• Strong background working with UI/UX Design teams and a focus on design quality and user experience.
• Experience with activation, adoption, retention, conversion, or engagement in growth-oriented product environments.
• Experience managing PM managers and senior-level individual contributors, including hiring, development, and accountability for outcomes.
• Technical fluency for effective collaboration with Engineering and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, consumer financial products, or regulated environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
