What you will do

• Identify and execute high-impact monetization opportunities within the transit ecosystem.
• Lead growth hacking initiatives and product development collaborations to unlock new revenue streams.
• Develop business cases and align the product backlog and development work with projected value and profitability.
• Collaborate with technology, design, finance, governance, and marketing teams to deliver products successfully.
• Define KPIs, monitor initiative performance, and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
• Deliver high-value product launches and track Transit AFCS industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills with a strong focus on monetization.
• Experience in project management, relationship building, and stakeholder management across cross-functional groups.
• Entrepreneurial problem-solving skills with expertise in growth hacking and revenue optimization.
• Ability to develop and defend business cases and monitor key impact metrics.
• Knowledge of value innovation, design thinking, lean canvas, and agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-management, flexibility, and bias for action.
