Yield-Bearing Balance Product Manager - Global Payment (Fintech): Developing user-centric yield-bearing balance products for ByteDance's global payment platform with an accent on user journey design, market-driven product optimization, and cross-border payment experiences. Focus on researching target regions, upgrading product architecture, and improving stability, performance, user acquisition, and retention through KPI tracking and cross-functional delivery.
Location: Singapore; onsite, 5 days per week

What you will do
- Develop user-centric yield-bearing balance products, including user journey design and user growth initiatives.
- Research target markets and optimize product experience, functionality, and value based on market insights.
- Use troubleshooting, user feedback, and KPI tracking to improve user acquisition, retention, and product performance.
- Identify industry trends and upgrade opportunities to strengthen long-term product capabilities.
- Evaluate business requirements against the existing product baseline and upgrade product architecture for stability, performance, and operational reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve requirement management and end-to-end delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of fintech product experience with strong commercial acumen and a proven product development track record.
- Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of consumer products, including user research, requirements analysis, PRD drafting, data analysis, and post-launch operations.
- Strong logical, structured, abstraction, and summarization skills, with user empathy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese; fluent written and spoken Chinese is required for managing China-market stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
