What you will do

• Design and manage the full lifecycle of yield-bearing balance products to support global ecosystem expansion.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to iteratively improve product value and functional architecture.
• Drive product optimization by analyzing user feedback, troubleshooting issues, and tracking key performance indicators.
• Evaluate business requirements against product baselines to ensure high system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline requirement management and improve end-to-end delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of fintech product experience with a proven track record in product development.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is required for stakeholder management in the China market.
• Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of C-end products, including PRD drafting and data analysis.
• Strong logical, structured thinking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Domain expertise in wealth management or investment products is preferred.
