Lead Product Manager for Growth, Onboarding, Auth, and Rewards (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive product strategy for growth, onboarding, authentication, and rewards.
• Develop initiatives to improve user acquisition, onboarding journeys, customer engagement, and rewards systems.
• Lead product development with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide product decisions.
• Prioritize features and manage product development from concept through commercialization.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong product management, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with user acquisition, onboarding strategies, and customer engagement solutions.
• Knowledge of authentication, rewards frameworks, and promotion management.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or the investment industry.
