Operations and Employee Experience Specialist

What you will do

• Own the employee experience, including onboarding, company events, gifts, celebrations, holidays, birthdays, and milestones.
• Build and maintain a warm, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
• Manage daily office operations, including supplies, groceries, parking, cleaning, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers supporting office operations.
• Book and coordinate flights and travel arrangements for employees and management.
• Manage the CEO's calendar by scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sole-function Office Manager or Employee Experience role within a startup environment.
• Experience independently owning office or employee experience operations end to end.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience working with international or global companies is advantageous.
