What you will do

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers while tracking office expenses.
  • Coordinate office access, workspace setups, and meeting room readiness.
  • Organize office events and support employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative systems.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and general ad-hoc administrative requests.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Must be able to pass credit and criminal record checks.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, and betting types.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Office Management, Project Coordination, HR, or Finance.
