Global Supply Chain Manager (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Own global supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, and purchase order management.
• Manage contract manufacturers and key international suppliers, including operational performance and manufacturing reviews.
• Lead the implementation and governance of a robust S&OP process.
• Manage BOMs, product changes, product variants, and related supply chain impacts.
• Oversee DOA, returns, replacements, and after-sales supply processes.
• Partner with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations teams on scalability, product launches, process improvements, KPIs, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with medical devices, electronics, or other regulated industries.
• Experience managing contract manufacturing and international suppliers, ideally in Asia.
• Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution in a fast-growth environment.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Background in MedTech, dental, and/or orthodontics.
• High level of IT knowledge and appreciation for new technology.
