Project Supply Manager

What you will do

• Identify suppliers and drive sourcing activities in line with supplier management strategies.
• Request and evaluate RFQs, conduct negotiations, and manage supplier contracts.
• Analyze suppliers, competition, benchmarks, and spend for assigned categories and suppliers.
• Drive compliance with category strategies, supplier base plans, processes, contracts, and best practices.
• Set targets, follow up on performance, manage corrective actions, and ensure proper use of relevant tools.
• Build stakeholder relationships, communicate results, and share good practices across the site.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including global or international sourcing and supplier base management.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, are required.
• Mechanical or technical background, including the ability to analyze mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to write and explain technical and functional specification lists (URS).
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Customer-focused, project-oriented, proactive, structured, and collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Awareness of lean manufacturing.
