Global Supply Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Own purchasing for direct materials and support manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for spacecraft components across mechanical or harnessing/avionics commodities.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contractual terms, and direct-material agreements.
• Manage strategic spend, budgets, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and develop supplier candidates while building relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Manage logistics, inventory, and material flow across manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or an equivalent business discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations.
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Strong analytical, presentation, decision-making, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and customer engagements.
