What you will do

• Design and validate stack-dish coolers, liquid coolant condensers, and inter heat exchangers for electric vehicle heat pump systems.
• Define product requirements with customers and investigate new concepts for manufacturability, cost, and marketability.
• Build prototypes, conduct product testing, and meet customer prototype build schedules and quality, quantity, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate projects with program management and sales teams to support customer satisfaction.
• Participate in QOS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 activities, including customer audits.
• Develop product capability improvements and troubleshoot processes with production and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or powertrain industry.
• At least 3 years of experience with refrigerant stack-dish coolers and a strong background in refrigerant heat exchangers.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Pro/E, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP is an advantage; familiarity with IATF 16949 is expected.
• Good oral and written English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience modeling and sizing components with Amesim or MATLAB.
