What you will do

• Lead 3D design and integration of CDU for IDC and subcomponents including heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and manifolds.
• Utilize 3D design software (CATIA) for detailed component and system development.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (product, system integration, and prototype engineers) to ensure reliability and performance.
• Establish internal design standards and prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Develop cost-competitive designs that ensure high manufacturability and automation.
• Participate in the testing and validation of CDU to meet performance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IDC design, with a preference for thermal management development.
• Deep knowledge of working principles for heat exchangers, pumps, VFD, valves, and sensors.
• Proficiency in 3D design software for independent complex modeling and simulation analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stress resistance skills.
