Success Coach

Location: hirify.global Austin; hybrid schedule with in-office attendance Tuesday–Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring new H-1B sponsorship.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 base annually plus equity grant.

hirify.global is an accredited two-year college combining live online classes, a technology platform, dedicated advising, tutoring, and coaching to help students build business and AI skills.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with students through coaching sessions, check-ins, and ongoing outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach by phone, text, chat, and video to maintain engagement and accountability.
• Coach students through academic, personal, and motivational challenges while helping them define actionable next steps.
• Manage and triage a caseload of 50–75 students based on risk level, engagement, and term timing.
• Track student progress in dashboards and complete forms and documentation, including deferrals and withdrawals.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Onboarding to clarify student handoffs and context.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and caseload management skills, including proactive prioritization, follow-up, and clear documentation.
• Ability to build relationships and navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
• Experience managing high-volume outreach and persistent follow-up with non-responsive students.
• Ability to maintain regular coaching sessions and weekly outreach for up to 75 students.
• Ability to work in the Austin office three days per week, Tuesday–Thursday, and existing U.S. work authorization without requiring new H-1B sponsorship.
