Nursing Education Leader

Location: United States; remote role with in-person teaching obligations for skills labs and clinical education

What you will do

• Teach and facilitate didactic instruction, in-person skills labs, and clinical education.
• Review and improve practical nursing and registered nursing curricula.
• Manage enrollment, admissions, orientation, registration, student progress, grading, advising, and completion.
• Hire, train, and supervise adjunct nursing instructors.
• Manage relationships with healthcare partners and clinical sites in Ohio.
• Oversee budgets, program quality, accreditation, and regulatory compliance with the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Master’s degree in nursing.
• At least 5 years of RN nursing practice experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as faculty in a registered nursing education program.
• Experience teaching in didactic, skills lab, and clinical settings.
• Experience with Laerdal manikins or similar simulation technology, plus familiarity with nursing accreditation and Board of Nursing requirements.
