What you will do

• Lead execution across spin qubit, ion trap, superconducting, topological, and photonic quantum development programs.
• Align development priorities with manufacturing capabilities and business objectives.
• Establish manufacturing-readiness criteria and drive tool, process, metrology, and operations readiness.
• Lead manufacturing risk assessments, mitigation planning, and cross-modality knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate Quantum Modality, Quantum AME, Fab8 AME, Fab9 AME, and manufacturing organizations.
• Develop portfolio execution metrics, lead executive program reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor technology development, process integration, or manufacturing engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations and technology development.
• Ability to work safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
