Senior Associate - Alternative Investments

Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid

Base salary: $80,168.40-$118,000 USD annually; discretionary bonus and/or equity awards may also be available.

What you will do

• Review investor statements before client review and approve contract notes and statements for distribution.
• Handle routine client information requests by email and phone.
• Review and process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, assignments, and contact changes.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions and process cash movements and reconciliations.
• Support year-end audits in collaboration with clients, auditors, and the team.
• Train employees when appropriate and analyze new client launch and conversion fund data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial or client services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Team-player mentality, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities.
