Senior Associate - Alternative Investments

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States — hybrid

Salary: $80,168.40–$118,000 USD per year, with possible discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Review investor statements, contract notes, and distribution materials.
• Respond to routine client information requests by email and phone.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, assignments, and contact updates.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions and process cash movements and reconciliations.
• Support year-end audits in collaboration with clients, auditors, and internal teams.
• Analyze, establish, and review fund data for new client launches and conversions; train employees when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial or client services.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and work collaboratively.

• Knowledge of hedge funds or private equity.
