Senior Analyst (Wealth Management): Supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients through relationship management, portfolio implementation, trading operations, and risk oversight with an accent on client service, asset movements, suitability, and fraud prevention. Focus on executing and reconciling investment transactions, coordinating with Private Wealth Advisors and operational teams, and improving efficiency across the private wealth management business.

Location: Washington, DC, United States; office-based position.

Salary: $75,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Act as a relationship manager and primary client-service contact for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Support onboarding, portfolio implementation, asset movements, liquidity management, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work with Private Wealth Advisors and middle- and back-office colleagues to deliver a strong client experience.
  • Execute, process, and reconcile trades and other investment-related transactions.
  • Assess client suitability and risk tolerance, and help identify and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Introduce clients to reporting, digital, banking, and wealth advisory services while contributing to business efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4 years of preferred experience in client service and/or the financial industry.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and client-service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
  • Commitment to integrity and excellence, with an interest in financial services.
