What you will do

• Conduct fundamental research for approximately 30 public companies within the Business & Information Services sector.
• Develop and maintain detailed three-statement financial models, earnings analyses, and company forecasts.
• Produce research reports, thematic projects, and client presentations to provide thought leadership.
• Communicate investment views and findings to the Equities Sales force and institutional investors.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic events to proactively identify investment implications.
• Collaborate across the broader coverage universe to maintain shared sector expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sell-side research, buy-side research, investment banking, or valuation.
• Strong accounting and valuation knowledge, including the ability to build three-statement models from a blank worksheet.
• Proven ability to independently gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple research sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a data-oriented mindset for validating assumptions and reconciling data.
