What you will do

  • Lead planning, warehouse, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain excellence functions.
  • Develop supply chain strategies, establish KPIs, and align capabilities with customer and business requirements.
  • Manage demand and supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling, material availability, and capacity mitigation.
  • Optimize inventory, working capital, warehouse performance, logistics costs, and on-time-in-full delivery.
  • Drive SAP utilization, digitalization, automation, Lean, Kaizen, A3, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure import/export, customs, ISO, PEZA, procurement, audit, and corporate governance compliance while developing the supply chain organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, logistics, operations management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing and at least 5 years in a managerial leadership role.
  • Experience managing planning, warehouse, logistics, and inventory functions.
  • Proven SAP-based supply chain operations experience and advanced knowledge of S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of financial and working capital management, data analysis, international trade, customs, and import/export regulations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, risk management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in business administration or supply chain management.
  • Experience in cable manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other ISO-related standards.
