Demand & Supply Planning Lead

What you will do

• Lead demand and supply planning for an assigned product portfolio within the Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Conduct regular demand reviews with Sales, analyze historical demand and rolling forecasts, and develop validated demand forecasts in G3 SAP and Logility.
• Maintain source lists and MRP settings in G3 SAP/WPR and Logility to support accurate data analytics.
• Monitor sales performance, production concerns, supply continuity projects, open orders, OTIF results, inventory levels, and working capital performance.
• Coordinate corrective actions for delivery delays, slow-moving, near-expiry, and expired stock with Sales, OTC, and relevant teams.
• Prepare monthly S&OP consolidations and other reports for the Country Supply Chain Manager, including forecast accuracy, bias, import/export, and supply performance updates.

Requirements

• Experience leading demand and supply planning for a product portfolio.
• Experience conducting demand reviews with Sales and developing consensus forecasts.
• Ability to manage forecast data, source lists, and MRP settings in G3 SAP/WPR and Logility.
• Ability to analyze forecast accuracy, bias, sales performance, production constraints, inventory, OTIF, and working capital metrics.
• Ability to coordinate corrective actions across Sales, OTC, supply chain, and corresponding teams.
• Ability to manage import/export summaries, shipping documentation, vendor invoice verification against purchase order or order acknowledgement prices, invoice settlement, and IRGR targets below 60 days.
