What you will do

• Lead the S&OP discipline by conducting regular demand reviews with Sales to generate validated and signed-off forecasts.
• Maintain accurate data, source lists, and MRP settings in G3 SAP/WPR and Logility.
• Provide regular updates to management on MTD sales performance, production constraints, and KPI achievement.
• Analyze SFA and Bias monthly results to identify forecast error drivers and implement corrective actions.
• Manage weekly inventory reviews to ensure supply assurance and implement actions to clear slow-moving or expired stock.
• Oversee import/export documentation and verify vendor invoice pricing for timely settlement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in demand and supply planning within a lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in the S&OP process and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with G3 SAP/WPR and Logility software.
• Experience managing inventory, working capital AOP, and OTIF reports.
• Must be based in Makati, Philippines.
