What you will do

• Coordinate order management activities within IT systems to ensure seamless execution.
• Resolve operational issues such as location or quantity mismatches and perform root cause analysis.
• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources to steer operational activities.
• Maintain active relationships with counterparts and influence stakeholders on complex process improvements.
• Identify and gather relevant data inputs to optimize planning parameters.
• Lead medium-sized projects using structured problem-solving methods like A3 lean methodology.

Requirements

• Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in operational planning processes, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and process optimization.
