CPS Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist (Payroll and People Services): Managing end-to-end payroll operations and supporting compensation, benefits, and performance management activities in Manila with an accent on Philippine statutory compliance, payroll validation, and employee data accuracy. What you will do
- Manage and validate compensation, benefits, performance management, and end-to-end payroll activities.
- Complete payroll preparation, post-payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audit support.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with policies and statutory requirements, and adherence to controls and service level agreements.
- Partner with HR, Finance, People Services, payroll vendors, and benefits providers to resolve issues and deliver services on time.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for complex payroll discrepancies, escalations, and operational risks.
- Standardize processes, identify automation opportunities, maintain documentation, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and coach team members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of payroll operations experience, including end-to-end processing, compensation and benefits administration, reconciliations, employee inquiries, and year-end activities.
- Experience with multi-country payroll operations, preferably across APAC, Europe, or other international regions.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance, including BIR withholding tax, annualization, Form 2316, Alphalist reporting, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills, including reconciliations, variance analysis, data validation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll governance, internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy, and confidential employee information handling.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
