Compensation Analyst

What you will do

• Administer salary changes, incentive payments, bonuses, promotions, and retention awards according to approved policies.
• Coordinate compensation cycles and bonus programs, including eligibility reviews, proration calculations, participant updates, and payout support.
• Process and validate HRIS transactions, mass uploads, compensation data updates, and payroll inputs.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, People teams, and Compensation specialists to execute and reconcile compensation activities.
• Perform pre- and post-load validation, investigate exceptions, and maintain audit documentation.
• Support market benchmarking, pay-range analysis, pay-equity reviews, job architecture, global mobility, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in compensation operations, compensation administration, HR operations, payroll operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of salary ranges, pay structures, midpoint positioning, compa-ratio, bonus eligibility, and internal equity.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience processing HRIS transactions, data uploads, and compensation system maintenance.
• Working knowledge of Workday, including EIB transactions or mass data processing.
• Strong policy interpretation, reconciliation, exception-management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
• Experience with annual compensation planning, incentive administration, and bonus processing.
• Knowledge of compensation surveys, market benchmarking, and job architecture.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions integration, restructuring, international transfers, ServiceNow, automation, reporting, dashboards, or user acceptance testing.
