Senior Rewards Specialist (Compensation & Benefits)

Location: Sydney, Australia; the role supports reward programs across Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do

• Support compensation programs, salary reviews, promotions, market adjustments, and internal equity analysis across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate employee share ownership, recognition, awards, benefits administration, vendor partnerships, renewals, reporting, and audits.
• Develop reward dashboards, reports, workforce analytics, and executive reporting.
• Act as a key user for SuccessFactors Reward and Pay modules and support system testing and enhancements.
• Drive automation, process simplification, governance, and continuous improvement across the reward lifecycle.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent, People Services, vendors, and business leaders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Payroll, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong understanding of remuneration frameworks, salary review processes, and employee benefits.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and experience handling confidential information.
