Junior Talent Acquisition Manager (C++)

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site 4 days per week with 1 remote day. Berlin-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate are considered.

What you will do

• Support recruiting for technical roles, with a growing focus on sourcing and hiring C++ engineers.
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn and traditional channels.
• Map talent markets, identify niche communities, and engage passive candidates globally.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and adapt recruiting approaches.
• Represent hirify.global at technical events, conferences, meetups, and universities.
• Help improve employer branding, messaging, and outreach strategies for technical hiring.

Requirements

• Curious, self-driven, creative, resilient, and open to coaching and feedback.
• Some exposure to sourcing or recruiting, with strong motivation to develop quickly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with experienced stakeholders.
• Comfort attending and representing the company at industry events.
• Berlin-based or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
• Willingness to work on-site 4 days per week, with 1 remote day.
