What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles.
• Source and engage software engineering talent across multiple markets.
• Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and hiring managers on hiring strategy and talent calibration.
• Assess candidates based on career progression, technical depth, and execution signals.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate engagement, and closing processes.
• Build pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering talent while improving recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities across global markets.
• Understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organisational structures.
• Ability to assess talent beyond pedigree, resumes, and company brands.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• High ownership, strong execution, and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
