Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: On-site at the New York City office; candidates may be located in or open to relocating to New York City

Salary: $115K–$145K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Engage with clients and users to understand workflows, pain points, and needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery.
• Create prototypes and wireframes to align stakeholders and gather early feedback.
• Use analytics tools such as Amplitude to analyze user behavior and feature adoption.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs to improve product solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Experience with user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
• Strong skills in Figma or similar prototyping tools, especially interaction design.
• Comfort using data and analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Strong visual skills in layout, typography, motion, and behavior.
