Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base per year plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Design intuitive, rewarding, and differentiated experiences for sports fans and traders.
• Turn sports markets, live data, and trading mechanics into clear, fast, engaging product flows.
• Concept, prototype, test, and iterate on product ideas to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Shape product direction and ship polished interfaces across the product.
• Define, grow, and maintain the design system, including components, tokens, and variants.
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Design, founder, and core product team.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking, attention to detail, and measurable business impact.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, product judgment, and customer understanding.
• Deep Figma fluency and a strong point of view on design systems.
• Ability to move quickly, take ownership, communicate clearly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for potential nights and weekends due to live sports schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, sports betting, trading, or other data-rich consumer products.
• Strong interest in integrating AI into design workflows.
