Location: New York; work from the NYC office, including Union Square

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base annually, plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Design intuitive, rewarding, and differentiated experiences for sports prediction market users.
• Translate sports markets, live data, and trading mechanics into clear, fast, engaging product experiences.
• Concept, prototype, test, and iterate quickly to develop high-impact product solutions.
• Deliver precise, polished interfaces with strong interaction design and product thinking across product surfaces and flows.
• Define, grow, and maintain the design system, including components, tokens, and variants.
• Shape product direction end-to-end in collaboration with the VP of Design, founder, and core product team.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking, attention to detail, and tangible business impact.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills with deep Figma fluency.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, customer needs, and product judgment.
• Strong point of view on design systems and experience thinking in components, tokens, and variants.
• Interest in actively integrating AI into design workflows.
• Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment with ownership, clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, and curiosity about markets.
• Availability for potential nights and weekends due to work connected to live sports.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, sports betting, trading, or other data-rich consumer products.
