Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: NYC Head Office; on-site

Salary: $170,000–$230,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B fintech building financial tools for independent business owners, including a virtual corporate card with dynamic spending limits and profitability-focused software for eCommerce merchants.

What you will do

• Own and scale the design system across the Cards, Bill Pay, and Treasury product verticals.
• Design end-to-end user experiences from ideation and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
• Evolve hirify.global’s design identity by extending existing patterns consistently and thoughtfully.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma libraries and documentation.
• Use data, customer insights, and business goals to improve usability and contribute to product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped, user-centric SaaS products.
• Experience designing across multiple product surfaces or verticals, especially financial, operational, or B2B tools.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and experience maintaining shared design systems across teams.
• Advanced visual and interaction design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and component-driven workflows, plus experience with design QA.

• Experience with financial tooling or payments.
