Director, Engineering - Infrastructure (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Infrastructure organization, overseeing Infrastructure/SRE and Security teams.
• Partner with technical leaders to evolve cloud infrastructure for reliability, scalability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Own the team roadmap and execution while improving engineering processes, delivery, and operational risk management.
• Represent Infrastructure with executive leadership and customers as a trusted technical leader.
• Review architecture, provide technical guidance, and occasionally contribute code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps teams.
• Experience managing senior and Staff-level engineers.
• Strong experience building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with technical credibility in architecture reviews and technical discussions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, executive, and customer-facing teams.
