Senior Deployment Engineer (SaaS)

Location: 100% remote, limited to candidates residing in Oregon or Washington State. Up to 20% travel is required for strategic face-to-face meetings and industry events.

Base salary: $116,875.20–$131,722 USD (GeoLo 3) or $131,484.60–$148,187.25 USD (GeoLo 2), depending on geographic location.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise clients on hirify.global’s technical solutions and build trusted executive-level relationships.
• Analyze client hiring processes and performance requirements with software engineering stakeholders to align solutions and product delivery.
• Present technical solutions, architect and implement interview frameworks, conduct strategic customer reviews, and deliver executive training.
• Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics with Content and Data teams.
• Translate findings into strategic recommendations that improve client outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve Customer Operations and go-to-market processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions or deployment engineering, or technical implementation consulting.
• Demonstrated success advising clients during onboarding and guiding complex implementation processes.
• Experience engaging directly with C-suite executives and technical customers.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Residence in Oregon or Washington State is required; applications from other states will not be considered.
