Senior AI Deployment Consultant

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

Salary: $133,700–$159,650 base salary per year for candidates in the Greater Chicago Area, with possible bonus or sales incentive and RSUs.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for large customers, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, reporting, and escalations.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate complex customer requirements into technical and project plans.
• Configure the Fin platform across automation, workflows, and analytics.
• Coordinate integrations, data migrations, security reviews, and other technical readiness activities.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to resolve technical challenges and shape deployment strategy.
• Improve deployment methodology, templates, best practices, and AI-assisted delivery workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally in SaaS or AI technology.
• Proven success delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on technical ability with platform configuration, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and daily use of AI tooling for delivery work.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

• Experience with hirify.global Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer experience platforms.
