Technical Delivery Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end RELEX Plan migrations, including data migration, system configuration, integration setup, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across staging and production migration environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, migration runbooks, and scalable delivery standards.
• Improve migration tooling, automation, processes, and delivery frameworks.
• At the Senior level, coordinate parallel migration workstreams, mentor junior engineers, and act as an escalation point for complex delivery challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience for Engineer level or 5+ years for Senior level in technical delivery, implementation engineering, or a comparable hands-on B2B SaaS role.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, enterprise software configuration, and end-to-end ownership of technical changes.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, version control with GitHub or GitLab, data models, database schemas, and integration patterns.
• SQL proficiency and practical experience reading logs, error traces, and monitoring output to troubleshoot production or staging issues.
• Experience with automation scripts and AI-assisted delivery tools, with the judgment to validate automated outputs.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent scripting or programming language, plus full professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, retail or CPG technology, ERP/WMS platforms, cloud environments, or SaaS release processes.
• Knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, middleware, CI/CD, SRE practices, change management, or ITIL.
• Supply chain certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM.
• Prior experience leading technical delivery teams or workstreams in a SaaS migration context.
