VP of Product (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual base salary: $230,000–$290,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision for hirify.global’s financial health products.
• Own acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, and customer value outcomes.
• Translate company priorities into product investments, roadmaps, and resource decisions.
• Use customer insights, data, experimentation, business economics, and OKRs to guide product decisions.
• Establish agile processes and frameworks with engineering and marketing leadership to improve product velocity, quality, accountability, and transparency.
• Build, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing product and design organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership experience scaling consumer products across multiple product areas.
• 3+ years of product leadership experience in an early-stage technology company.
• 5+ years of experience working with consumer mobile products.
• Experience leading empowered, autonomous product teams and developing product organizations.
• Strong knowledge of consumer business economics, including conversion, retention, monetization, and lifetime value.
• Experience using customer research, behavioral data, usability testing, surveys, and experiments in a regulated, analytically rigorous environment.
