Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Own product design solutions from problem definition through execution for key features and product areas.
• Translate user needs, research, behaviors, and data into intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Create interaction patterns, visual designs, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces aligned with brand and design-system standards.
• Design AI-powered experiences such as intelligent recommendations, automation, and contextual assistance.
• Collaborate with UX, product, technology, business-unit, and engineering teams to align stakeholders and deliver platform-level solutions.
• Communicate design rationale, participate in critique, and contribute to a strong design culture.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
• Experience owning parts of the product design lifecycle from concept through shipped experience.
• Portfolio link included in the resume, demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design craft.
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences and using AI tools in the design workflow.
• Experience designing for mobile and desktop; proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Understanding of design systems, component-based design, user research methods, data-informed design, and cross-functional collaboration.
