Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; On-site

Base salary: $138.7K–$173.2K per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is building an AI health coach and digital healthcare experiences for patients, families, and providers managing chronic conditions.

What you will do

• Design AI-first, consumer-facing applications for patient and provider experiences.
• Define and communicate experience design directions aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Use quantitative and qualitative UX research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Create prototypes and documentation that communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and healthcare experts to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop presentations and contribute to processes that scale the Design function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full product lifecycle design experience with a portfolio demonstrating direct-to-consumer digital product design.
• Experience designing consumer mobile applications; responsive web experience is preferred.
• Strong individual-contributor execution skills, adaptability, and the ability to work through uncertainty.
• Mastery of design principles, research methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and handoff workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
