Senior Finance Analyst (SaaS)

Location: US-REMOTE; remote

What you will do

• Build and maintain Cash EBITDA and Free Cash Flow models, including monthly actuals, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash bridges.
• Coordinate Annual Operating Plan and forecast cycles, consolidate financial plans, and pressure-test assumptions.
• Connect P&L, Cash EBITDA, FCF, and cash flow forecasts to show how operating performance translates into cash generation.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, working capital, and other business performance drivers with FP&A and cross-functional partners.
• Reconcile management reporting with Accounting and Finance data and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for leadership.
• Develop financial analyses, presentations, and automated FP&A models and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of income statements, cash flow statements, operating performance, and working capital.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data, identify drivers, and communicate results clearly to Finance and non-Finance audiences.
• Strong organization, communication, independence, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
