Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI)

Location: Full-time remote within California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington State, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone

What you will do

• Strengthen annual operating plan and forecast cycles by analyzing vendor spend, commercial commitments, renewals, and savings opportunities.
• Use AI to build scalable tools and workflows that automate manual processes and improve financial decision-making.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases for vendor renewals and new investments.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership, build-versus-buy tradeoffs, alternatives, budget implications, and forecast impact.
• Support forecasting, headcount planning, executive reporting, infrastructure analysis, and ad hoc FP&A initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Codex and Claude for data analysis, workflow automation, and internal business tools.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building and maintaining complex financial models and reporting files.
• Strong data-analysis skills across multiple data sources, including reconciliation, forecasting, and business-case development.
• Ability to ramp quickly, manage processes independently, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely from California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington State in the Pacific Time Zone.
