What you will do

• Contribute to the ideation, design, and implementation of breakthrough machine learning models.
• Manage the full lifecycle of model development from research to real-world deployment.
• Optimize model performance through novel architectures and advanced training methods.
• Establish rigorous evaluation protocols to ensure high-quality model outputs.
• Develop efficient research code to enable rapid testing and iteration for the entire team.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with the full research cycle in Machine Learning.
• Strong software engineering hirify.globals and proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of AI model development and ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with GPUs/TPUs and distributed training regimes.
• Deep knowledge of classical ML methods, algorithms, and Deep Learning techniques.
• Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Architecture Research, Distillation, Evaluation, or Code Generation.
• Experience with foundational models like LLMs.
• Published research at AI conferences or contributions to open-source ML projects.
• Experience with tabular data or predictive analytics.
• High Kaggle rank or advanced degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in CS/ML.
