What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers.
• Drive the delivery of value by turning market opportunities into actionable roadmaps and measurable milestones.
• Architect scalable data and ML systems to train and serve models across massive datasets.
• Optimize team productivity and output quality through continuous improvement of practices, processes, and tools.
• Shape the technical stack including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and GCP services.
• Foster a culture of transparency, growth, and scientific rigor within the team.

Requirements

• Expert understanding of state-of-the-art Deep Learning and Computer Vision concepts.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of DL/CV-based solutions.
• Solid experience with Machine Learning, including tree-based models and LLMs.
• Expertise in large-scale datasets and distributed processing in the cloud.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on mentorship and coaching.
• English: C1 proficiency required for effective communication.
