TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI/ML): Designing, developing, training, and deploying production-level AI and machine learning solutions with an accent on Python, MLOps, data analysis, NLP, and computer vision. Focus on building scalable ML pipelines, automating model and infrastructure deployment, and optimizing, testing, and monitoring models in production.
Location: Spain; remote workplace

What you will do
- Design and develop AI solutions for challenging client projects.
- Build production-level machine learning and AI software using sound software engineering and ML principles.
- Develop and train machine learning and AI models, then prepare them for production.
- Design scalable ML pipelines and automate deployment and monitoring for models and infrastructure.
- Analyze and prepare data through cleaning and variable transformation.
- Parallelize, optimize, tune, and test models for production environments.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or computer science.
- Experience building an end-to-end software product with AI or machine learning components.
- Strong Python skills and a reasonable understanding of SQL.
- Experience with Azure or another cloud-based solution, plus hands-on knowledge of the full ML lifecycle and scalable ML pipelines.
- Experience with unit, integration, and other software testing practices, as well as MLOps and production deployment.
- Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Fluent English for working in an international environment.
- Big Data tools, cloud platforms, Azure, RESTful APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, ranking models, Cognitive Services, or Agentic AI.
- TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, unit testing, and strong object-oriented programming skills.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows.
