What you will do

• Design and develop AI solutions for complex, high-impact projects.
• Build production-level ML/AI systems using solid software engineering principles.
• Implement MLOps for automated deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Perform data analysis, including cleaning and variable transformation.
• Train and optimize ML/AI models for production environments.
• Parallelize and test models to ensure scalability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• Proven experience building end-to-end software products with AI/ML components.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid understanding of SQL.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of NLP and Computer Vision.
• Fluent Spanish is mandatory for this role.

Nice to have

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience with Big Data tools, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, and ranking models.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, and Agentic AI.
