HR Manager

Location: Remote in the United States; hubs in New York City, Boston, Austin, and Poland.

What you will do

• Lead the full recruiting journey across all departments, from outreach through offers.
• Build talent pipelines and create scalable recruiting tools, metrics, frameworks, and operating rituals.
• Partner with the CEO, leadership team, department heads, and marketing to shape hiring standards and the employer brand.
• Define performance expectations and help develop performance review philosophies and processes.
• Create standardized onboarding programs and identify learning and development needs.
• Manage employee records, organizational charts, policies, and compliance with state and federal legislation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience helping venture-backed, high-growth technology companies attract and retain talent.
• Experience partnering across functions such as go-to-market, product, and engineering.
• Experience building recruiting playbooks, scorecards, performance management strategies, and employee experiences.
• Strong communication, systems thinking, judgment, creativity, and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills.
• Comfort operating independently in ambiguous situations and proposing new solutions.
• Interest in people, education, technology, and building a meaningful company.
