Senior Talent Partner (AI)

hirify.global is establishing and growing its US organization across AI, infrastructure, and software.

What you will do

• Own and support hiring for strategic US roles across AI and machine learning, infrastructure and compute, software engineering, product, and leadership.
• Partner directly with founders and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and evolving priorities.
• Build long-term relationships with engineers, founders, operators, and technical leaders across the US AI and technology ecosystem.
• Identify creative sourcing channels, attend relevant industry events, and increase hirify.global's visibility in the US AI community.
• Support US employment practices, contracts, onboarding, benefits, People processes, vendors, and employee experience as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a similar role.
• Strong experience recruiting technical profiles in the United States.
• Experience recruiting in AI, machine learning, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or another highly technical environment.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders.
• Strong network-building skills, autonomy, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-moving startup.
• Interest in People and company-building topics beyond recruitment.

• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with an existing AI or machine learning network.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Experience helping a European or international company establish or scale its US presence.
• Exposure to US People Operations, employment, or benefits topics.
• Experience recruiting Staff+, Principal, leadership, or highly specialized technical profiles.
