Senior Technical Project Manager (AI/SaaS)

Location: Charlotte, NC or New York City, NY; hybrid work with regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space. East Coast candidates are preferred, with Atlanta and New York City especially preferred.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Lead specialized software implementations from requirements definition through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical development initiatives and establish project milestones.
• Coordinate Product, Customer Success, Data Science, Engineering, and client teams to meet project and contractual timelines.
• Track project risks, issues, financials, progress, and stakeholder communications.
• Report delivery status to external stakeholders, decision-makers, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management or product management.
• Experience leading projects end to end and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• BS or MS in computer science, mathematics, or engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Conversant with agile software development and tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of software development practices, enterprise deployment models, APIs, data transfer mechanisms, and relational databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with Risk Intelligence, Transaction Fraud, or AML product organizations.
