Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using governance frameworks and Agile practices.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed plans with stakeholders.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and communicate project status and issues to leadership.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, technical design reviews, and implementation with solution architects, cloud engineers, DevOps, security, and business teams.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, stakeholder management, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams, presenting to clients, and analyzing business and operational data.
