What you will do

• Lead project teams through the full lifecycle, from sales support and scoping to final delivery and closure.
• Translate client objectives into detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external executive stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Architecture, Data Solutions, and Engineering.
• Assist in defining and refining implementation processes for the growing international client base.
• Lead steering committee meetings and manage complex stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in project management.
• Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations.
• Proven expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in external client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of project commercials, including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Monday.com, Jira, or Confluence.
• Background in investment management software implementations.
• Familiarity with EMEA-based wealth management and investment advisory frameworks.
