Technical Project Manager

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus a 5% variable annual bonus and potential RSU grant.

What you will do

• Own complex, multi-team technical programs from scoping and dependency mapping through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, cross-squad reviews, program syncs, retrospectives, milestones, and delivery reporting.
• Maintain Jira roadmaps, boards, epics, sprint mappings, dependency links, and Confluence documentation.
• Identify and resolve scope, resource, technical, and cross-team dependency risks before they affect delivery.
• Align Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and go-to-market stakeholders while facilitating data-driven trade-off decisions.
• Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban practices and help develop shared TPM templates, playbooks, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in a software development or technology environment.
• Experience delivering complex, interdependent, multi-team programs from initiation through global launch.
• Deep practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Technical literacy in system architectures, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure sufficient to engage with engineers and architects.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Familiarity with LLM workflows, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or model fine-tuning.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or multi-sided marketplace products.
• Understanding of AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Experience building a TPM function, PMO, or shared delivery playbook.
