Product Manager - B2B (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and improve internal products that help hirify.global employees perform effectively.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, marketing, engineering, and design teams to identify opportunities and understand user needs.
• Set product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules.
• Use user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback to make data-informed product decisions.
• Lead exploratory investigations and turn product hypotheses into concrete projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a product manager and/or project manager in a startup environment.
• Solid technical background in SQL querying and understanding or hands-on experience with software development.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong intuition for user behavior.
• Self-starter with strong project management and execution skills.
