Product Business Manager (Transformation), Cash Loans (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute the end-to-end business strategy and transformational roadmap for the Cash Loans portfolio.
• Identify and deliver upsell, cross-sell, and business optimization opportunities across the lending and GCash ecosystem.
• Drive sustainable profitability, market expansion, and customer lifetime value growth.
• Lead transformational product builds and ensure new features align with user needs and business targets.
• Design and roll out specialized lending pilots for farmers and fisherfolk, women, and overseas Filipino workers.
• Manage pilot lifecycles from discovery through full-scale commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and project management abilities.
• Fintech lending or telecommunications experience is a plus.
