Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work model; candidates must be based in Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of product features and components, from discovery and creation through launch and decommissioning.
• Create and communicate product strategies, goals, short- and long-term roadmaps based on customer, market, and performance data.
• Work with squads and delivery colleagues to plan, refine, prioritize, and communicate deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and translate customer and business needs into development opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical leads to balance feature development, bug fixes, and technical enhancements.
• Partner with UX, Research, Customer Success, Project, Sales, and R&D colleagues to validate, deliver, present, and leverage product capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in digital banking, financial services, or working with financial products.
• Product Management experience working iteratively with designers, engineers, and internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience gathering and applying customer feedback, identifying customer and business value, and prioritizing product investments.
• Ability to interpret stakeholder needs, present to audiences with different levels of seniority, and make data-informed trade-off decisions.
• Experience working with data and translating customer feedback into insights that guide product prioritization.
• Knowledge of financial-services market trends, emerging technologies, non-functional requirements, and product performance and scalability considerations.

Nice to have

• Experience with process and workflow management, orchestration, or automation.
• Knowledge of business rules engines and automated decision-making.
• Experience with B2B2C products and multiple user and buyer personas.
• Experience with mid- or back-office banking operations and third-party integrations.
